The Malibu Optimist Club recently held its annual installation banquet at Calamigos Ranch. Celebrating 49 years of supporting Malibu community youth, the club installed its newest officers and board members: Ray Craig, president; Arlene Kaplan, vice president; Frank Brady, secretary; Bill Sampson, treasurer; and board members Mark Ball, Al Cowart, Molly Drobnick, Phil Gajic, Bonnie Lockrem, Anne Payne and Michael Zweig.
