Local resident, entrepreneur and author Kaira Rouda releases her first novel, “Here, Home, Hope,” May 1 and celebrates with a local book launch the night before. The book tells of a woman’s journey tackling her midlife crisis and personal reinvention with humor and courage.
Rouda is a bestselling business author who frequents news programs such as CNN and was named one of Forbes’ top 30 women to follow on Twitter. She lives in Malibu with her husband and four children.
“I’ve had tremendous support from the Malibu community and several women’s fiction authors I adore,” Rouda said. “This is my dream coming true.”
