The following letter was sent to the City Council. Friends of the Malibu Urgent Care Center want to thank you for the generous donation you made to us some years ago for the purchase of a generator for the Malibu Urgent Care Center. During the recent fire, the Urgent Care Center was without power for approximately four days. However, thanks to your donation, it continued to operate seamlessly.
We feel fortunate that the City recognizes the important year-around service the ER doctors at the Center provide our community and its visitors. It is through gifts like yours that we are able to continue purchasing the type of equipment that will ensure the highest level of service possible.
