Webster Elementary School gave out its Honorary Service Awards in recognition of those who provide outstanding ser vice to local youth at last week’s PTA Honorary Service Award Breakfast. Awardees include Pamela Held, Kathy Davis, Principal Phil Cott, Lore Meline, Melissa Stein, Kathie Ferbas, Stephanie Schmelzer and Stacy Rouse. Cott also received the Golden Oak Award, a prestigious honor which recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the welfare of children in a school or community. Cott and Meline, his secretary, are both retiring after more than 20 years at the school next month.
