When will the City of Malibu take away Charter’s contract? As most of you know, Charter failed us in the Malibu fires. We had no local TV, emergency channel or e-mail. A few weeks prior to that I had no e-mail for four days. A woman from Charter took my name and number when I complained loudly at the community meeting last week and did follow up. But she left a number that ended up in voice mail hell with no extension, so that was useless.
Yesterday morning until this morning my e-mail was down again. I called Charter and was told, “Yeah our server is down -should be fixed by tomorrow.” Hello PUC complaint. Bye, bye Charter. Please, City Council, fire the bums.
