Malibu local Darian Lane has published a new book, “Flashy Fiction,” which features a collection of stories about residents of the Southland. The Los Angeles edition includes stories such as “Keep it Gucci,” “The Black Black Swan” and “This Modern Love,” among others.
Lane was born in Philadelphia and raised in Bethesda, Md. He attended Arizona State University before moving out to Malibu to work in the entertainment industry.
