Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were on scene in Malibu Tuesday where a body was found at Malibu Bluffs Park.
The call came into the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to Watch Sgt. Johnson, and as of 5 p.m. investigators remained on scene.
“Homicide is out there,” Johnson said during a phone call with The Malibu Times Tuesday evening. “They’re investigating it.”
Details were sparse on Tuesday, though Johnson confirmed the body was “decomposed” according to information he was provided, and was found at 24250 Pacific Coast Highway—Malibu Bluffs Park.
