The Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation (LVHF) is hosting a Santa Monica Mountains comprehensive water forum, “Educate and Debate,” on Wed., Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. Alternate plans for solving California’s water issues will be presented and debated. Among topics of discussion will be how to improve wildlife habitat and stabilize water supplies from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
