Health, happiness, embrace life to it’s fullest, and to embrace my life in Malibu more.
Every single year I always think, “I’m going to exercise every day and I’m going to eat better,” and as great as those sound, I always lose it, like four days after the new year starts! So this year I’m actually going with the resolution of just going with the flow of things, if I work out, I work out, if I eat healthy, I eat healthy, but if not it’s okay, it’s not the end of the world. I’m way too bad at them, and I’d love to try and keep a diary this year or to take more pictures of family, but none of it ever seems to work out! So this year’s resolution, no resolutions!
I really don’t have a resolution, but I do have a way that I’d like to live life in the new year, and that is, one, be healthy but be healthy within nature and try and find my health in nature. Number two, remain present, figure out a way to always be present. And number three, gratitude, always have an attitude of gratitude every day. Find something to be grateful for.
In the new year I want to spend more time with my kids. I only see my kids twice a week, so I would love to see them more, spend more time, and enjoy them more. I can’t wait to see them, they’re fun. When they’re with me they forget their toys, everything, and just want to spend time with me. They say, “My dad is my big toy!” I love my kids. That’s the one thing I want to do this year, spend more time with my kids. That’s priceless.
