In the 457

    457 is the Area-

If you want to live it big.

For way out here in the boondocks,

You can even raise some pigs.

You can run some Long Horn Cattle,

    Or paint the out-house blue.

    Maybe even grow some veggies,

    Or distill a homemade brew.

The neighbors are too far away,

To gripe or give you pain-

    And the Ferrari isn’t recognized,

    Because it is so plain.

All in all it’s quite a place,

    That’s different from the rest.

Some claim it’s the poorer section,

Of what Malibu claims is best.

But try to find a piece of land,

    That’s even two acres small-

And it’s a bit of trouble,

    Not understood at all.

Besides, who wants to live here,

    With all the privacy?

    No strange or fighting neighbors-

Just those that let you be.

    And so I highly recommend,

    That the people in 456-

    Stay with all their affluence,

And leave us, in the sticks.
