Volunteers Needed for Homeless Connect Day

Volunteers are needed to help at a Malibu Homeless Connect Day on Wednesday, May 25. 

Hosted by the Malibu CART group, the event will welcome over a dozen nonprofit and government organizations that help the homeless. This will be the second Homeless Connect Day of its kind to take place in Malibu, after a successful showing at the first event in October 2015. 

The event will take place at the former Malibu Courthouse from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Volunteers are asked to stay for the duration of the event, if possible, which includes a brief onsite training. To register as a volunteer, contact Lindsay Saunders at lsaunders@stjosephctr.org by May 5.
