When little Adnan Mevic was born
There was great elation
Kofi Annan was there in the media’s glare
To represent the United Nations
He gave Adnan some diapers
And a stuffed Tellatubby
And a trip to the sea
For mom and her hubby
So what was the reason for celebrating his birth?
He was declared the 6 billionth person on earth!
And I pondered as to what might be his salvation
When I read one child in six
Will die of starvation!
