The following crimes were reported in Malibu from 4/19- 4/23:

4/19

Pinched Pocketbook

A victim’s wallet was stolen and various credit cards were charged over $800.

4/19

Armed Robbery

A male suspect driving a gray Chevrolet SUV threatened a valet attendant with a semi automatic handgun, and robbed the attendant of $300 around 3 p.m. A female suspect was sitting on the passenger side of the suspect’s vehicle.

Money-gone

A victim reported over $300 worth of fraud from online money transfer company, Moneygram.

Beach Burglary

A purse, wallet and checks were stolen from a vehicle parked on PCH around 11:45 a.m. The victim witnessed the suspect running away from the vehicle with what appeared to be the purse. Authorities responded to the scene, but the suspect disappeared into a nearby apartment complex.Â
