Malibu Democratic Club Announces Endorsements for Primary Election

The Malibu Democratic Club issued its endorsements for the June 7 California primary election at its May 30 board meeting. The endorsements have been added to the club’s previous endorsements for candidates in the election, according to a release by the Malibu Democratic Club. The club will also endorse prior to the general election in November. 

Malibu Democratic Club’s most recent endorsements are as follows:

* President of the United States: Bernie Sanders

* U.S. Senate: Kamala Harris, Attorney General of California

* U.S. Congress (33rd District): Ted Lieu, incumbent congressman and military officer

* California State Senate (27th District): Henry Stern 

* California Assembly (50th District): No endorsement

* LA County Democratic County Committee: Mike Soloff, attorney; Paul Koretz, city council member; Deana M. Ingelsrud, appointed incumbent; Dorothy Reik, small business owner

* Superior Court Judges: Superior Court Seat No. 42: Alicia Molina, domestic violence attorney; Superior Court Seat No. 84: Javier Perez, supervising criminal prosecutor
