We too had to pull our son out of Malibu High, which resulted in a sacrifice on our part as parents, intending to send our three kids to public school but having to find an alternative (incurring expenses and inconveniences we didn’t anticipate) but an even greater sacrifice by my son. He has attended Malibu schools since preschool, and has had friends throughout the years and was, and is, very sad to have had to leave. There are simple solutions that we have asked for from the very beginning of this awful ordeal. Everywhere else in the nation gets it — when there are toxins in an environment, there should not be people! Please, please, please do the right thing and rid our schools of PCBs.
