A professional fireworks display is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, to take place in the water off Paradise Cove.
The L.A. County Fire Department’s Fire Prevention Office issued a permit for the professional display.
The show is set to begin at approximately 9 p.m. and must conclude no later than 10 p.m., according to its permit. The show may begin as early as 8:30 or as late as 9:30.
Due to the loud sound of fireworks displays, pet owners in the area have been cautioned by the City of Malibu to be mindful for their pets’ safety and well-being. In the past, startled pets have gotten loose and run away due to fireworks displays.
