Tori Griffith of Ascent Malibu Fellowship began pursuing acting a few months ago and was recently selected for a lead role in Disney’s “World of English.” Griffith was selected from a pool of more than 5,000 actors for the role.
The project uses Disney characters to teach English to children worldwide. Griffith will also appear in two one-act plays with the Young Artists Ensemble, “Hypnosis” and “How to Talk to Girls,” at The Hillcrest Center for the Arts in Thousand Oaks.
Her parents, Marc and Michelle Griffith, are Emmy Award-winning producers, writers and editors.
