Actor Dylan Michael Patton was charged with allegedly selling cocaine out of his Agoura Hills home last week, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
Patton, who was on “Days of our Lives,” was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. The complaint also alleges that the 20-year-old sold the drug within 1,000 feet of Sumac Elementary School.
Patton was arrested after sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant at his family’s home, where they allegedly found cocaine at the residence. If convicted he faces up to nine years in state prison, according to the D.A.’s office.
