I completely agree with Blair Frank’s assessment with the unbelievable negligence of the Sheriff’s Department in not arresting the convicted con man and his friend. Does anyone think that if the car was not a Ferrari, if the speeding was even half of what the Ferrari was going, or that the occupants were of a different color that they would not be arrested on the spot? This type of behavior makes the Sheriff’s Department look like idiots who dispense radically different justice depending upon one’s socio-economic class.
