The following incidents were reported between 4/23-5/2:

4/23

Car Crime

A car key, wallet, iPhone and Sony camera was stolen from a vehicle parked near Cross Creek Rd around 10 a.m. Credit cards from the victim’s wallet were charged more than $200 before a bank issued fraudulent activity.

Un-sober Sleeper

A suspect parked behind a patrol unit fell asleep at the wheel with the vehicle running. The suspect failed a field sobriety test and deputies found an unregistered semi-automatic weapon in the suspect’s vehicle.

Vehicle Vandalism

A driver reported a motorcyclist hit the passenger mirror of the victim’s vehicle while both were stopped at Kanan Rd., and then the motorcyclist drove off on PCH.

Drunk Dispute

Two suspects were seen yelling and fighting near Webb Way. Deputies responded to the scene and the suspects were booked for being drunk in public.

Driving Drunk

A driver was detained on Kanan Dr. after deputies performed a field sobriety test and determined the suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

4/30

DUI Danger

Deputies responded to a call reporting an erratic driver. When the vehicle was pulled over, deputies found opened and unopened cans of beer in the car. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

PCH Pinched

Two iPhones, credit cards, a pocket knife and sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle parked along PCH around 2:45 p.m.
