Local Sarah C. Paxton graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and international relations from Clark University in Worchester, Mass. May 22. At the ceremony, the university awarded 524 bachelor’s degrees, 486 master’s degrees and 35 doctorates.
