Portions of Pacific Coast Highway at Webb Way will be closed for maintenance on Thursday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., according to Caltrans.
A signed detour will be set up during the closure. Drivers should plan for delays or take alternate routes, Caltrans advised.
