Lauren Brydon received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington in June. Brydon, who attended Webster Elementary School, Malibu Middle School and Santa Monica High School, was active at college in the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, UW Leaders and Freshman Orientation and Greek Recruitment.
She also worked for the campus catering department. Brydon is now pursuing her lifelong dream of entering the culinary industry. She has a paid apprenticeship as a manager-in-training under chef/owner Cindy Pawlcyn at Mustards Grill in Napa Valley.
