Regarding the matter of the alleged violations of the Malibu Election Law, we have adopted a nonpartisan resolution, deploring the personal attacks on and continuing harassment of our city attorney and others, contributing to the perception that Malibu is a vicious and mean-spirited community.
We demand that our laws be enforced equally, fairly and impartially, regardless of party or factional affiliation in accordance with legally acceptable principles and procedures.
