The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close one lane in alternating directions on Topanga Canyon Boulevard (Route 27) daily from Monday to Friday, March 16, between Topanga School Road and Cezanne Avenue.
Closure hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Flaggers will be in place to manage traffic, but motorists should expect delays.
The closures are in relation to a $5.5 million, 11-mile construction project on Route 27 from Route 1 to Mulholland Drive. The project will replace existing pavement with Rubberized Asphalt Concrete (RAC), including restriping, installing new metal beam guardrails, and widening roadway shoulders at a limited number of locations. Completion is expected by this summer.
