“The Breakfast Club” actor Emilio Estevez is selling his Point Dume estate for $7.8 million in a private listing, according to reports.
The one-acre property includes vineyards, a fruit orchard and irrigated gardens. Malibu native Estevez and fiancé Sonja Magdevski grow grapes on the property for their Casa Dumetz wine label.
The property also features a Mediterranean-style house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and guesthouse with a wine-tasting room, totaling 3,731 square feet of living space, according to the Los Angeles Times.
There is also a large entertainment area with a swimming pool, spa, fire pit and bocce ball court.
Estevez bought the property for $2.2 million in 2000, according to the Los Angeles Times.
