Mobile Eye Clinic will host its third eye clinic on Thursday, Sept. 21, at the Malibu Library front meeting room from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. The event, hosted by Malibu Community Assistance and Resource Team (CART) and University of California at Los Angeles, will include exams for color vision, stereovision, alignment and a refraction test among other eye exams. Patients in need of eyeglasses will be able to procure a prescription, pick out lenses and frames, and collect the eyeglasses at a later date.Â
While appointment reservations are filled, there is a wait list. Those interested are asked to sign up with Melissa Stallings at the Malibu Library Reference Desk (23519 Civic Center Way).Â
