Thank you for your article on the attempt in Malibu to reduce lethal rat poison. If you have ever watched a rat die of this poison, you would see one of the most agonizing deaths possible. You can only imagine the effects to any other wild animal eating the dead rat. If only Santa Monica had the same level of intelligence and compassion in treating their rodent population.
