Saturday’s rain and thunderstorms interrupted the service of around 14,000 utility customers. Southern California Edison officials listed Malibu as among one of the hardest-hit communities. As of Sunday afternoon, there aren’t any unplanned power outages or reports of electrical hazards for Malibu.
