Authorities made 21 arrests, including one for DUI, on Friday during a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint in Malibu.
The checkpoint was set up on Pacific Coast Highway and Webb Way from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., during which the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department checked 1,544 drivers out of 1,691 total vehicles that passed through.
Aside from the one DUI arrest, four were arrested on outstanding warrants, and six suspended/revoked drivers and 10 unlicensed drivers were arrested and sent to court.Â
