It seems that someone is playing a prank on your paper or is not aware that Namibia is not a “small diamond town.” Namibia is a valid country in southwestern Africa. I have worked there a number of times while doing articles for National Geographic Magazine.

You really should look up the Wikipedia listing, which states “Namibia, officially the Republic of Namibia, is a country in southern Africa on the Atlantic coast. It shares borders with Angola and Zambia to the north, Botswana to the east, and South Africa to the south. It gained independence from South Africa in 1990 and its capital city is Windhoek. Namibia is a member state of the United Nations, the Southern African Development Community, the African Union and the Commonwealth Nations. It is named after the Namib Desert.”
