The National Weather Service has extended the Red Flag Warning for the area including Malibu until 4 p.m. Tuesday. Gusting northeast winds ranging from 45 miles per hour to 60 miles per hour through mountain passes and canyons is expected. Humidity is expected to lower to 10 to 15 percent across the warning area on Monday. The windy conditions could make driving conditions difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Low humidity and high winds also presents an increased risk of fire.
