Malibu’s Andrew Schoenberger made Northeastern University’s fall 2017 dean’s list. Schoenberger is currently majoring in Computer Science/Mathematics. In addition to the academic honor, he is currently a member of the university honors program.
As part of the honors program, students are offered special on-campus housing, an opportunity to take one to two honors courses and “the chance to further hone their studies and interests.” They must maintain a high grade point average (GPA) and commit to campus leadership to remain eligible.
To make the dean’s list, students like Schoenberger must maintain a GPA above 3.5 while taking four or more courses.
Three students from Agoura Hills, two from Thousand Oaks and two from Westlake Village also made the Northeastern dean’s list last fall.
