The novel coronavirus pandemic has not halted progress on two major Malibu Civic Center projects: a new walkway and bike lane connecting Malibu Canyon Road to Webb Way via Civic Center Way and a Santa Monica College satellite campus on Civic Center Way, both of which are well underway.
