Malibu High Students to Put on Spring Play Next Week

Malibu High School actors prepare for “A Delightful Quarantine,” the final production of the 2017-18 school year.

For its last production of the school year, the Malibu High School theater program and Arts Angels present “A Delightful Quarantine.” 

The play is based on “Homebound Town” by Mark Dunn and follows seven storylines in the small neighborhood of Wilspier, Penn. Seven houses are quarantined for three days following an alien visitation. The story follows relationships of all kinds, including friendship, marriage, sibling and more. 

The play will be presented at MHS auditorium (30215 Morning View Drive) from April 26-29. The Thursday-Saturday shows begin at 7 p.m. while the Sunday show begins at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at malibuhigh.org; adult tickets are $25 while senior/student tickets are $15.
