I appreciated reading the information on City Council candidate Roy Van de Hoek. Across the country we are reading about eco-terrorists and eco-Nazis. The environment is their excuse for breaking the law. Now the Sierra Club has recruited Van de Hoek into their ranks and endorsed his candidacy for City Council. This is scary business. Isn’t there a job description floating around somewhere? If so, it would be in the best interest of several thousand locals to put that little item in the mail to the Sierra Club. I doubt that chopping down trees, cutting fences and stalking co-workers is on that description. Let the Record Speak may save the City of Malibu millions in lawsuit expenses.
