For the second week in a row, scorching temperatures hit across Southern California last week, sending scores of visitors to Malibu’s many beaches. High surf also meant wind surfers were out to enjoy a day on the water. Highs this coming weekend were expected to reach the low 80s in Malibu and even hotter inland, meaning beaches will continue to be packed.
