Maggie Luckerath is the co-manager the Izzy’s Donation Center at the Lumber Yard above Cafe Habana.
She has spent countless hours helping the victims of the Nov. 9, 2018, Woolsey Fire replenish their basic needs of survival.
After helping her at the donation center and listening to the hundreds of sad stories, there is a real need to continue Maggie’s dream of aiding the fire victims after the current space is vacated at the end of this month.
I urge Malibu City Council to assist in finding a permanent location for the Izzy’s Donation Center.
Is there anyone out there that can help with a location to continue to aid those in need?
