The Malibu High School boys and girls swim teams wrapped up successful seasons last week at the CIF-SS D3 Championship. MHS varsity team members from both squads competed in preliminary and final rounds both as individuals and in relay teams. Two individual event competitors took home medals from the events: Annie Armitage and Kennan Hotchkiss. Success came to several relay teams on both the boys and girls varsity teams. Swimmer Ben Tran unseated Logan Hotchkiss for the MHS school record (set in 2014) on the 100-meter breaststroke.
