A pedestrian suffered minor injuries Monday when a motorcycle collided with him on the eastbound side of Pacific Coast Highway near Rambla Vista, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The crash occurred at 3:30 p.m. in the 21400 block of Pacific Coast Highway, across from La Costa Mission restaurant.

The male pedestrian complained of chest pains and had some minor scrapes and bruises, said Sgt. Fray Lupian of the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s station. He was airlifted to UCLA Medical Center in Westwood. The motorcyclist was not injured. It’s not clear whether speed played a factor in the accident, Lupian said.
