Malibu Navy League members John and Barbara Ingram attended the commissioning and official welcoming ceremonies for the U.S.S. Stockdale, the most advanced Arleigh Burke class destroyer ship in the U.S. Navy named in honor of Vice Adm. James Bond Stockdale (1923-2005), at the Ventura County Naval Base.
