The Malibu Democratic Club hosted an event, “An Afternoon with Robert Scheer,” which featured a talk by Scheer, who is a journalist and teacher. The event took place at the Malibu home of Dr. A.J. Marwash. Among those who attended the event as special guests were California State Sen. Ted Lieu, LA County Party Chair Eric Bauman and State Sen. Fran Pavley.
