The Malibu AYSO 759a U14 girls team capped an undefeated 12-0-3 season with an area 10E league playoff championship on Dec. 12.

The girls won their pool in the first day of the tournament, emerging with the number two seed for the next day’s semifinal round. On the second day, they took down their sister team, Malibu 759b, to advance to the final round against the number-one seeded Agoura/Westlake team. 

During a windy final game, the Malibu defense repelled Agoura/Westlake’s advances to win 1-0 and emerge playoff champions.
