The Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff ’s Station received a visit over the weekend from miniature therapy horse Valor and owner/trainer Victoria Nodiff-Netanel. Valor and Nodiff-Netanel are a part of Gentle Carousel Miniature Therapy Horses, a nonprofit dedicated to visiting a range of people, from children suffering from extended illness to survivors of natural disaster and terrorism.

Horses and their handlers visit 35,000 people each year throughout the country, including the children and first responders of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
