Members of the Malibu Woman’s Club have been preparing for their Wenches & Warriors evening of Medieval Magic at the Castle scholarship fundraising event. The event will include merry men music from DJ Danny and the Knights of the Round Table Buffet from Monrose catering. Also, there will be the wandering minstrel’s cocktail hour while the guests preview the gifts at the silent auction, Robin Hood “Raffle” prizes, Holy Grail Treasure Table, a boutique featuring a collection of “princess” jewels and gems, shopalot court vendors, and a Ye Olde Tavern Bar featuring the “lancelotatini.”
Proceeds from the fundraiser benefit the educational scholarships awarded to Malibu students in May. The festivities are scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Castle Kashan.
