Malibu resident Declan Joyce had the opportunity to meet President Barack Obama in New York City at the Waldorf Astoria on Sept. 24. Obama spoke with Joyce for five minutes and the two posed together for pictures.
Joyce had previously met the president in Los Angeles last October while he was visiting for his re-election campaign. Joyce is also invited to St. Patrick’s Day at the White House in March of 2014.
