The second installment of Radical Beauty, Malibu Rising opened on Friday, Sept. 20, with a reception at Malibu City Hall. The installation featured artwork including painting, photography, sculpture, spoken word, song and more. The installation will be visible to City Hall visitors until December 2019, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
