The Pepperdine men’s basketball team defeated rival Loyola Marymount University 68-65 in overtime on Sunday, Jan. 2.
The 8-6 Waves were led by 18 points from junior Lamond Murray Jr., 17 points from senior Jett Raines and a double double by senior Stacy Davis.
The Waves will continue their three-game homestand with games against Pacific on Jan. 7 and Saint Mary’s on Jan. 9.
