Caltrans crews and a boom mower were busy on Tuesday, April 16, maintaining the median next to Pacific Coast Highway in central Malibu. The process involved trimming the overgrowth and picking up trash to improve the “beautification” of Malibu. These efforts awere also aimed at reducing fire risk by cutting down on dry fuel.
