“I always call them ‘New Years’ principles,’ so this year it happens to be mindfulness. One of the great things about mindfulness, no matter what you’re doing, let it be the most important thing that you’re doing — driving, yoga, biking, standing in line, in relationships — actually be there fully, stay focused and be mindful. I want to do that in as many areas in my life as possible.”
